Multiple stages this year. Grateful for every single one.

Some for young minds figuring out what they want to build. Some for startups pitching their first version of an idea. Some for audiences who just show up to listen.

The one thing I keep repeating, no matter the room: whatever you’re building, find a way to fold in some environmental or social impact. Not a checkbox. Part of the actual thing.

I talk about failure more than success on purpose. By the time success showed up, the goal itself had lost its shape a bit, the way it does after enough hours of second-guessing and starting over. The failures are where the real story lives.

Lately, I’ve judged 150+ startups across Chennai, Erode, Coimbatore, and Hyderabad this year, with more to come. Spoken on entrepreneurship and emerging markets more times than I can count too.

Also co-organising a few events with partners who’ve backed me without conditions, and I don’t take that lightly.

For years, people watched me try. Ideas floated, conversations started, not much that landed. This year’s different. Things are real, and moving.

What I really want, through all of it: to help shape the startup and investment ecosystem, where capital actually meets the folks doing the work in social and environmental impact.
