As Director at EcoHQ, I drives the platform’s work at the intersection of climate, sustainability, innovation, and strategy — helping startups, organisations, and funds navigate industry transitions through insights, advisory, and ecosystem collaboration.

I also advise and consult for funds, quasi-government bodies, venture studios, non-profits, and startups through my ventures TN W.O.M.E.N, Zha VC and Aarambam Foundation.

My work spans climate-tech, sustainability-tech, emerging tech, international education, and the global creative economy. I specialise in business strategy, thought leadership, partnerships, market intelligence, and ecosystem enablement.

I have completed global fellowships in climate, sustainability, social entrepreneurship, and startup consulting, bringing a multidisciplinary lens to every role I take on. My background in psychology, social work, HR, and communications adds depth to my approach to inclusive innovation.
